In anticipation of the recording their first full length album, Mt. Joy is a #mustsee at this year’s #NewportFolkFestival. Lush, yet subtle instrumentation, harmonious perfection are the signature of this #indiefolk. band from Philly. Brought to the attention of The Music Matters by promoter/curator Pamnation and hot off their dominating performance in 2017’s Bonnaroo hopefully they will showcase the new tunes from their upcoming release. We feel this a band to watch now, and in the future
