A Special Report by The Music Matters Pleasantville Music Festival 2017

Right #inthebackyard of #themusicmatters on July 8th 2017, the 13th annual Pleasantville Music Festival took place. In what we believe to be a #recordsetting attendance for the event, 18 bands performed on three stages. There was a main stage, The Pamnation Party stage and a Chill tent. All the stages featured everything from local Battle of the Bands winners, to regional and international touring acts.During the Blues Traveler set, in a “You Had To Be There” moment, Vernon Reid, who’s band Living Colour had just blew away the thousands in attendance joined John Hopper and the gang on stage. In addition to the music, the festival grounds were covered with an incredible selection of all types of vendors plus fun and excitement for the children. Refusing to let the night end, many attended the after party hosted by Pamnation at Lucy’s. Please enjoy the pictures, as we look forward to next years fest which promises to be bigger and better (if that’s possible) pic credits to Jim Forman, Elena Robustelli and others.
